Andrew Lee v. Church of Scientology

Dismissal of the Second Lawsuit

On August 5, 1992, the attorney for Andrew Lee had Lee's second lawsuit (for breach of contract) dismissed with prejudice.

While it's impossible to know how this came about simply by reading the court papers, it seems likely that Scientology settled with Lee, as they had before. Lee's first suit was also dismissed with prejudice, as a condition of the settlement Scientology made with him.
