From: [email protected] (Jan Groenveld) I had the axle nuts on my car loosened (parked in driveway), my brake line ’developed a leak’, my phone was bugged, my home was bugged and I was visited by PI’s trying to get info by posing as family of cult members etc ... Even had a "TV crew" contact me to get an interview posing as students from the local university, false reports about me to the police and every other government agency they could contact, stories about me to the press, had a 4 page then 8 page CCH Freedom newsletter put out about me and my ’illegal’ activities .... Note: I'M the one classifying this as assault - I believe this sort of tampering with someone's personal property constitutes assault. If this is a mischaracterization of this allegation, please let me know and suggest any other category you know of for this allegation. ....and the list goes on .... All this in a period of 6-8 months ...... I simply ignored them. Told them that they and I have the same rights to speak about our beliefs .... and my beliefs were that their group is a cult ..... I told them that I would not be intimidated into silence, that I would document everything that happened and that even if they killed me the truth would be broadcast by those who came after me etc etc ......
