Scientologist Jody Darling, already in debt to Scientologist Albert Jaquier, sends Albert a copy of a "Letter of Intent" signed by Darling and someone called John Hetherington, "Chairman of the Board". This letter appears to describe a very attractive agreement to purchase 85% of Pacific Training Systems but does not state who will be the purchaser and does not state what "Board" Hetherington is "chairman of".
