FBI Memo

An FBI agent sends a memo to FBI director J. Edgar Hoover stating that he had completed the tasks assigned him. After someone wrote the FBI to inform them that Hubbard was distributing the brainwashing manual with a letter implying that the FBI had authorized him to do so, Hoover had directed the agent to get a copy of Hubbard's letter containing the unauthorized use of the FBI's name.
